I've been there - I struggled with chronic back pain for over 25 years. You don’t have to stay stuck in this cycle.

Pain isn’t always caused by the spot where you feel it. Often, it stems from deeper imbalances in the body. Treating only the painful area might bring short-term relief, but without addressing the root cause, the problem keeps coming back.

 

At YB Aligned, I believe in treating the body as a whole, not just the site of pain. By using alignment-based movement techniques and full-body movement therapy, we restore balance, improve alignment, and address the underlying causes of discomfort.

Who I Work With

No matter your starting point, whether you're struggling with chronic pain, recovering from injury, or looking to improve mobility and movement performance — I’m here to help.

Many of my clients come to me because they feel stuck - with persistent aches, stiffness, or inefficient movement patterns. Some deal with chronic pain in their knees, feet, or back while others are recovering from injury or surgery, trying to regain confidence in their movement. And then there are those who simply want to run faster, lift better, or feel more powerful and fluid in their sport or workouts!

Whatever your reason, my alignment-based movement therapy​ helps you move with ease, strength, and efficiency, so you can return to the activities you love, pain-free and without limitation.

How You Can Work with Me

Whether you prefer one-to-one sessions, small group coaching, or workshops, I provide tailored alignment-based coaching and movement therapy to meet your needs.

I primarily work in-person, from my studio in Saltdean, but also offer online options so you can access expert guidance for pain relief, mobility improvement, and performance enhancement no matter where you’re based. Many of my clients are local to Rottingdean, Saltdean, Telscombe Cliffs and Brighton, but if you’re further afield and want to work together, let’s talk!
